Each event that Forum Events run is aimed at different industry sectors, and as such, each page will be attracting different suppliers and delegates. So from an administration perspective, each event is run by different members of staff.

So each event section has a banner space for the event logo and message, and the information on the page relates to that event specifically - with contact information also specific as to whom potential suppliers and delegates should contact for more information. As well as this, each section has its own booking and information request forms that are sent to the relevant managers of the events.

To solve this, we developed a continuous menu system down the left of the website, away from the main menu, to allow each event to be in view at all times no matter where you are on the website. Along with the 'next event' ticker in the header bar, the design here shows clearly that the website is always up to date and relevant.
