For over 15 years Forum Events have been running highly successful events across a number of different industries. They operate their events on an appointment basis so attendees meet the right people.
We have designed and developed Forum Events website from a static brochure site to a fully interactive website that allows both suppliers and delegates to enquire and book places online, along with event specific pages allowing each event to keep their section of the website up to date.

Event specific sections
Each event that Forum Events run is aimed at different industry sectors, and as such, each page will be attracting different suppliers and delegates. So from an administration perspective, each event is run by different members of staff.
So each event section has a banner space for the event logo and message, and the information on the page relates to that event specifically - with contact information also specific as to whom potential suppliers and delegates should contact for more information. As well as this, each section has its own booking and information request forms that are sent to the relevant managers of the events.

Forum Events know that quality is the key, and the point of contact for delegates wanting to attend their events is the perfect time to gather information to make sure they are of the right quality to attend one their events.
So for each event we have designed and developed a bespoke booking form collecting the information of the delegate, what areas they are interested in, and also to ensure they are the decision maker. Also within this, because it is a booking system, the form will not be submitted unless the terms have been agreed; something that prior to this system was a manual process.

Multiple event menu system
With so many different events across different industries this website is almost 25 websites in one.
To solve this, we developed a continuous menu system down the left of the website, away from the main menu, to allow each event to be in view at all times no matter where you are on the website. Along with the 'next event' ticker in the header bar, the design here shows clearly that the website is always up to date and relevant.

Email marketing is such a strong way to market a website; not only does it keep you in touch with your clients and contacts, but it also gives you the chance to sell and if you use the correct system you can really start to send messages that each contact is interested in hearing about.
With Forum Events email marketing, HTML designed and built emails mean that the message can be delivered looking good and the active links in the email can drive traffic to the specific section of the website, and even directly to book or enquire.
